Account Registration

Services Provided

We offer rental of phone numbers for SMS verification purposes:
  • OTP Service - Single verification (starting at $0.05)
  • Number Rental - Daily rental ($3.00)
  • Number Rental - Weekly rental ($8.00)
  • Number Rental - Monthly rental ($16.00)
All rental services include unlimited SMS reception during the rental period.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use our phone numbers for:
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
  • Impersonation, spamming, or bypassing verification systems for illegitimate purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts engaging in such behavior without notice or refund.

Abuse Prevention Measures

To maintain platform integrity and prevent misuse:
If a customer rents multiple numbers consecutively without receiving SMS, their account may be automatically suspended for investigation.
During this suspension, the account will be unable to rent new numbers or access the dashboard.
If you believe the suspension was applied in error, you may contact support for review.

Payments and Refund Policy

Accepted payment methods:
  • Cryptocurrencies: BTC, LTC, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies
Refunds: We do not issue refunds. However, if a phone number does not work as intended, store credits will be issued to your account wallet.

User Reviews

While our website may display user testimonials, customers may post feedback on third-party platforms. However, defamatory, misleading, or false reviews may be subject to legal action.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our main site and customer platform. Collectively referred to as the "Site" or "Platform."
By purchasing or using any phone number rental services from Optifynow, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refunds on Purchases

All purchases made on Optifynow are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our service — the temporary rental of virtual phone numbers — we do not offer refunds for:
  • Incorrect selections by the user
  • Failure to complete verification on a third-party platform
  • Change of mind or unused rentals
  • Issues caused by user error

Automatic Store Credit for Non-Functional Numbers

Our system automatically issues store credit if an eligible phone number does not receive any SMS during the rental period. This is handled without requiring manual intervention.

Eligibility Rules:

  • OTP Service (Single Verification): If no SMS is received, store credit is automatically applied to your Optifynow account wallet.
  • Number Rental (Daily/Weekly): If no SMS is received, you may flag the number at any time during the rental period to receive store credit to your wallet.
  • Number Rental (Monthly - 30 Days): You may flag the number within the first 3 days only to receive store credit if no SMS is received. After Day 3, the "Flag Number" option will be disabled, and no refund or credit will be available for that number afterward, even if no SMS is received during the remaining period.

When Store Credit Is Not Issued:

  • If at least one SMS is received, store credit will not be issued, regardless of whether the code was useful to you.
  • If the flagging period has expired (for 30-day rentals), the refund window is closed.

Abuse Prevention:

Attempts to abuse this policy (e.g., repeated false flagging) may result in account suspension, IP ban, or disqualification from receiving store credit.

Payment Methods & Reversals

We accept payments via:
  • Cryptocurrency: BTC, LTC, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, refunds are not possible through those channels. However, store credits will be issued to your account wallet when eligible.

Abuse of Refund Requests

Repeated, false, or abusive refund/store credit requests may result in:
  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Blocking of your IP address
  • Permanent ban from our platform
